Sustainable Employment NEW

Background

In 2013 33,000 Flemish entrepreneurs and 220,000 employees found themselves in an acutely difficult situation in terms of mental fatigue (SERV research 2014).

When people no longer feel happy in their job, it doesn’t only impact their private life and health, it also has adverse effects on the company. Happy employees, on the contrary, make thriving organizations creating a win-win situation for both the employer and the employee.

Safety as a mindset

Background

You have already invested heavily in safety training, people have appropriate PPE, machines meet the necessary standards, there are procedures and instructions in place. This is important. Yet, you sometimes feel that things can improve. Yet, you notice that still too many accidents happen. You wonder how this is possible.

Well, even if you have a well-developed safety management system, as long as safety is not an obvious value within your organization, there is still room for improvement. There must be respect and concern for each other and the organization must realise that people are the greatest asset of the company. Therefore, employees should be actively involved in their own safety and that of their colleagues.

Sharwa has the required expertise to let your organisation evolve into an integrated safety culture.

Sharwa offers the following services:

  • audit and analysis;
  • coaching in the workplace;

  • observations;
  • assistance in setting up a BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) process;
  • ...

Expertise
